DISTRICT BY-LAWS REVIEW COMMITTEE:
We are in the process of revising and improving our By-Laws to address questions of voting procedures and how to define "ownership" of land in the District.  Please call Joe Slezak at 920-787-7111 to join the committee.

Several people have come forth to join the committee and work will be commencing on the By-Laws Review process over the next few months.

DISTRICT PAYROLL COMMITTEE
A committee has been formed to review how we pay our harvester operators and laborers.
The District is not a direct employer of its labor, and historically, the Board has not decided  the responsibility for employee payroll.  Since 1997, our laborers and harvester operators have always been employees of  US Tech Force.  USTF administers and manages all payroll responsibilities such as payroll taxes, workman's comp, and liability insurance for the District.  This sub- committee will research and find any existing alternative payroll services that we can use that may be more cost effective.
